Work management for delivery programs

The release train stays on one set of tasks.

Flagship Tracker is the workspace where delivery programs plan lists, move boards, schedule sprints and releases, and show remaining work — without a second system for the status meeting.

Already have a workspace? Sign in. New organizations register when self-serve is enabled; otherwise an administrator sends an invite.

Why it exists

Planning data and delivery data are the same records.

Most teams keep a plan in one tool and a board in another. Flagship Tracker keeps list, board, sprint, release, roadmap, calendar, and reports on a single task model.

  • One task, every view

ATL-191 on the board is the same row in the list, the same bar on the roadmap, and the same hour on the report.

  • Nesting with a hard stop

Three subtask levels below a root task. The Nest backend rejects a fourth — the UI does not invent extra depth.

  • Access the program can defend

Organization → department → project. Roles (admin, member, limited member, guest) grant board, roadmap, reports, knowledge, workflow, and people per project.

Fragmented tools

  • A spreadsheet for the plan, a board for the week, a slide for leadership.
  • Git activity copied into comments by hand.
  • Permissions that stop at “admin or not.”

Flagship Tracker

  • Sprints, releases, roadmap, and calendar read the same tasks.
  • GitHub or GitLab pull requests sit on the task. Admins own credentials.
  • Project-scoped RBAC plus an audit trail written by the backend.

Plan · execute · report

Follow Atlas 2.4 from backlog to remaining hours.

The previews below are one fictional internal program — platform, payments, and docs — used across this site. They are not customer screenshots.

Plan

Lists hold hierarchy, fields, and the depth limit.

Cut access policy nests a draft and a legal note (depth 3). Safari regression sits under QA sign-off. The fourth level is not offered because the server will not store it.

Execute

The board is the same work, grouped by status and swimlane.

Ready, In progress, Review, Resolved. Platform, Payments, and Docs as swimlanes. Assignees, remaining hours, and Git PR numbers stay on the card.

Report

Leadership sees remaining work, not a rebuilt deck.

Sprint 18 burndown, status mix, and on-date percentage use the live task records. Virtualized lists keep large backlogs usable.
